Postlicensing Education Classroom - Second Period
Thirty hours must be completed during the second licensing period and shall include a minimum of six (6) hours in each of the following areas:
     •Negotiation
     •Real estate license law
     •Technology
     •Marketing/advertising
     •Property issues
